These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZurvaPay, the payment gateway operated by Zurva Premier Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited ("ZurvaPay", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use ZurvaPay as a merchant, sub-merchant or agent, you must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and KYC verification, and keep that information up to date. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where submitted information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use ZurvaPay only for lawful purposes and for the business or activity disclosed to us at registration. You must not use ZurvaPay to collect payment for goods or services you do not genuinely intend to deliver, to issue fake or misleading invoices, to launder money, or to facilitate any other fraudulent or illegal activity.
3. Fees and Settlement
Transaction fees, commission rates and settlement timelines are as agreed with you at onboarding or as shown in your dashboard, and may be updated with reasonable notice. Settlement is subject to the KYC, risk and compliance checks described in these Terms and our policies.
4. Account Suspension, Blockage and Termination
We may suspend, block, or terminate your account or hold pending settlement where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, a regulatory requirement, or risk to ZurvaPay, our banking partners, or third parties. 5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Payment disputes and chargebacks raised by customers or payment partners are handled under our Dispute Policy. You agree to cooperate with any investigation and to provide supporting evidence (proof of delivery, communication records, invoices) when requested.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Where legally required, we may disclose account and transaction information to regulators or law-enforcement agencies, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Policy. This is part of our effort to keep the platform safe from fraud — including fake invoices used to scam genuine customers — and you agree to cooperate with such investigations when your account is involved.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZurvaPay facilitates payment processing between you and your customers through third-party rails (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast QR, banks). We are not liable for losses caused by delays, errors, or outages at those third-party systems, or for losses arising from your own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
