Sometimes you do not need a full checkout, you just need to get paid. A freelancer finishes a project, a shop agrees an order over chat, a consultant bills a client. An online invoice with a payment link solves all of these without a website or any code.

What an online invoice does
An invoice is a payable page for one specific amount. Your customer opens the link, sees the product, quantity and total, pays on a secure checkout and the invoice is marked paid automatically. You never ask for a screenshot.
Create an invoice
- Open Invoices in your merchant dashboard and choose Create Invoice.
- Enter the product or service name, the quantity and the unit price. The total is calculated for you.
- Add the customer's name and, optionally, their email, plus any details.
- Optionally choose an expiry date; otherwise the default expiry applies.
- Submit. The invoice is created and, if you gave an email, sent to the customer.
Share the payment link
Each invoice has its own link. Send it by email, or copy it and share it in any chat. The customer pays from their phone in a few taps.
Track every invoice
Your invoice list shows pending, paid, expired and cancelled invoices, and Invoice History keeps the record. As soon as the customer pays, the status changes to paid and the payment appears in your transactions.
Expiry and cancellations
Invoices expire, so an old link cannot be paid by mistake. If you created an invoice with the wrong details, cancel it and create a new one.
Good ways to use invoices
- Freelance projects and milestones.
- Custom orders agreed over chat.
- Consulting and one-time services.
- Advance payments and deposits.
- Small shops that sell through social media.
Tips for faster payment
- Use a clear product name that the customer will recognise.
- Send the link when the customer is ready to pay, not days earlier.
- Follow up before the expiry time.
- Keep the invoice number with your records.
