How your balance works
When a customer pays, the payment is credited to your merchant wallet. Your dashboard shows each payment, the charge applied to it and your current balance, so you always know what you can withdraw. You can also look up any payment by its transaction ID on the Check Payment Status page.
Add your bank account
Before you can withdraw you add the bank account that should receive your money. Choose your bank from the list for your country, then enter the account title, the account number and, optionally, the IBAN. Enter the account title exactly as the bank holds it, because a mismatch is the most common cause of a failed transfer. Your account allows a set number of bank accounts, and an administrator can raise the limit if you need more.
Request a withdrawal
- Open Withdraw in your dashboard.
- Pick the wallet, the bank account and the amount.
- Review the preview, which shows the amount and any withdrawal charge.
- Confirm with the verification code sent to you.
Verification keeps your money safe
A withdrawal needs a one-time verification step, so a stolen login alone cannot move your funds. Protect your account further with two-factor authentication and a strong, unique password.
Track your withdrawals
Every request appears in your withdrawal history with its status. If something looks wrong, open a support ticket with the transaction ID so our team can find it quickly.
Tips for smooth settlements
- Use a bank account in your own name or your business name.
- Double-check the account number before you save it.
- Keep your KYC details accurate and up to date.
- Withdraw regularly instead of letting a very large balance build up.
Sub-merchants and agents
If you operate sub-merchants, each one can have its own settlement bank account, so every client's money goes to the right place. Agents earn commission in an agent wallet and withdraw it to a bank account in the same way; see the agent program guide.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a withdrawal take?
Timing depends on the review and on your bank. The status of every request is visible in your withdrawal history, and support can help if one takes longer than expected.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Any charge that applies is shown in the preview before you confirm, so you always see it first.
Can I add more than one bank account?
Yes, up to the limit set on your account. Ask support if you need more.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
The most common reasons are an account title that does not match, an incorrect account number or incomplete KYC. The reason is shown on the request.
